About Our CBD

What type of CBD do you use?

At CBD Asylum we use CBD Isolate and we’re proud of it! See, most other companies use the old adage of ‘this is broad-spectrum so it’s superior, isolate is poor quality, isolate does nothing’ yada yada yada. It’s just not the case, and CBD Asylum are pathfinders in all things CBD. We only use the world’s purest CBD Isolate from the sun drenched state of California, so we can guarantee absolute quality, uniformity and transparency.

What is CBD isolate?

CBD isolate is the purest form of CBD, extracted from hemp and refined to remove all other compounds. This results in a crystalline powder containing 99% pure CBD, offering a potent, THC-free option for those seeking the benefits of cannabidiol.


Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship to the UK.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). Alternatively you can click and collect from our store in Hull.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Unit 1, 930 Hedon Road, Hull, HU9 5QN

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not take responsibility for the wrong delivery details being entered. Please double check and ensure the correct address is entered so that you receive your order correctly.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
